Mr. Watana Sutathongthai, Technical Consultant at IBM, presented “AI Starts with Data: Building the Right Foundation with IBM FlashSystem,” showcasing how the platform helps organizations manage data across hybrid cloud environments with greater security, availability, and resilience, while using AI to simplify data management and support long-term growth.

Mr. Chirabhat Kijtham, Senior Presales at Metro Connect, presented “End-to-End Observability with Instana,” highlighting how the solution provides real-time visibility across applications, infrastructure, and cloud-native environments — using AI and automation to identify root causes quickly, improve operational efficiency, and enhance digital service continuity.
